Name MAX OUT

The "Max Out" requires the player to select one of the above drills and complete as many repetitions as possible in a 2 minute time period. Start with back to basic and rotate through all three keeping your "Max Out" score for each

Same restrictions apply but the player has a full 2 long minutes of hard, strength sapping technique drill sets! This is very hard! If any player can go flat out for more than a minute, the player is doing well! So what score can you clock up in 2 minutes.
