Name Making the weak strong!
This drill is designed to make your weaker foot as good as your stronger foot. In this drill the player must pass the ball using the weaker foot and also use the weaker foot for the first touch when the ball returns from the Rebound Box. The player can take any number of touches using either foot after the first touch with the weaker foot - the fewer the better - but must use the weaker foot when passing the ball toward the Rebound Box. This is hard!
Skills
This is hard but it is vital in the modern game. Top players may have preferred feet but they never have weak feet.
