Name The Criss Cross

In this drill the player must change foot, whichever foot or leg (or side of the body) is used by the player in controlling the ball, the player must use the opposite foot for passing the to the Rebound Box. For example, if you control the ball on rebounding from the Rebound Box with the left foot then the ball must be next passed to the Rebound Box with the right foot.

If you accidentally use the same foot to control and pass the ball then you cannot count that pass in your overall score.

Skills

This really develops a player's ability to use both feet and legs in better controlling the ball and using the opposite foot for the pass that follows. Just watch the professionals and see how they cleverly use one foot for control and the other foot for the pass.
